Summary

Amends the

Migration Act 1958
to repeal the sunset clause (due to take effect on 21 March 2003) to enable the continuation of the current statutory self-regulatory arrangements in relation to the migration advice industry.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders past, present and emerging.
